30 Day Plank Challenge!*

Ok people are you ready for your next challenge?!?!  Here’s what I have for you this go round.  Starting in plank position you are going to do an alternating toe tap with each foot out to the side…I know you’re like, what the heck are you talking about!  Check out this video with my awesome friend Liz showing you exactly how to do it!  The challenge this time is to do 100 total toe taps a day.  The first day max out and the try and go past it each time.  This can either be done on your hands as shown or on your forearms as shown in the photo. 

I chose a variation on the plank because it is one of the best core exercises you can do to get a strong core and back.  Be sure and actively tighten your core muscles when doing this, to do that you brace your stomach as if someone we’re going to punch you…tighten it up!

    So….is each tap 1 or is one right and one left a count of 1? Just want to be sure.

      Each tap is one so you will do 50 each side 100 total…I should have known to say that straight away 😉
